Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

A request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Custom or made-to-order products


How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order number, product photos, and reason for the return.

3. Our support team will review your request and guide you on the return process.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid any losses.


Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within business days, through your original payment method or via bank transfer.
